This program is open to all who wish to integrate the practices of nada, yogāsana, pranayama and dhyana with the knowledge of cakras into practical relevance within our daily lives.

Thursday April 25 - 11.30 am to 1.30pm (2 hours)
Tuesday April 30 - 11.30 am to 1.30pm (2 hours)
Thursday May 2 - 11.30 am to 1.30pm (2 hours)
Tuesday May 7 - 11.30 am to 1.30pm (2 hours)
Thursday May 9 - 11.30am to 2.30pm (2 hours)
Friday May 10 - 10.30am to 1.30pm (3 hours)
Contact hours - 16 hours
Non-contact hours - 4 hours
