This program is open to all who wish to integrate the practices of nada, yogāsana, pranayama and dhyana with the knowledge of cakras into practical relevance within our daily lives.
Please note the schedule as follows:
Monday May 27 - 9.30 am to 1.30pm (4 hours)
Tuesday May 28 - 9.30 am to 1.30pm (4 hours)
Wednesday May 29 - 9.30 am to 1.30pm (4 hours)
Thursday May 30 - 9.30 am to 1.30pm (4 hours)
Contact hours - 16 hours
Non-contact hours - 4 hours
20 Hours - CET
A certificate of completion will be provided upon satisfactory attendance.
